Do you offer free samples?

Not at this time. Follow us for updates on new launches and future offers on our site and social channels.

 

Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?

Yes. Not only are we vegan and cruelty-free, we’re also Leaping Bunny certified. We promise never to test on animals.

 

Why is the flavor and scent of your product so light compared to other products?

Many lip products use strong flavors or fragrances that can cause sensitivity or become overwhelming over time. To address this, we adopted a minimalist approach to create a gentle, universally wearable treatment that prioritizes performance and comfort. Our product is designed to be comfortable for all-day and overnight wear without being overpowering or irritating.

 

Are your products gluten-free?

Yes. Our products are formulated without gluten-containing ingredients and are considered gluten free.

While we carefully select ingredients and follow quality manufacturing practices, we recommend customers with severe gluten sensitivities or allergies consult with a healthcare professional if they have specific concerns.


What is your return or exchange policy?

We accept exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Mail the product back with your order number, and we’ll process the exchange within 5–7 business days. Customers are responsible for return shipping on exchanges.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Are your products clean?

Because “clean” beauty isn’t clearly defined or regulated by the FDA, we choose not to use the term. Instead, we focus on creating vegan, cruelty-free products that are safe, effective, and meet the highest global standards.

 

Is Good Daily committed to sustainability?

Yes. Good Daily makes a conscious effort to limit waste by using sustainable packaging for our products. In fact, The Last Lip Balm is made from 50% post-consumer recycled materials.

 

Do you have a rewards program?

We don’t offer a rewards program right now. Please join our email list to hear about new products and special offers as they happen. 

 

How can I become a wholesale partner?

Apply through our wholesale page. Wholesale partners must be established retailers in the United States or Canada and agree to our third-party and MAP policies. 

 

What are the wholesale order basics?

The minimum advertised SRP is $22. Payment is by credit card at checkout, and cancellations within one week of planned delivery carry a 10% restocking fee. Shipping estimates are provided after form submission.
